Signed Bowie Back Catalogue For Japan Auction Is Live

I asked for an autograph...or two

For those of you that don't regularly look at the press release section, you may have missed the news about the Bowie items currently up for grabs via eBay auctions for EMIfamily4Japan. (04.11.2011: PRESS RELEASE: SECOND PHASE OF EMIfamily4Japan AUCTION + 04.05.2011: PRESS RELEASE: BOWIE AMONG ARTISTS SUPPORTING EMIfamily4Japan)

There are two Bowie lots available right now. The first is the Station To Station Deluxe box set which ends on April 15th, 11:50:39 PDT, and is currently at GBP £160.00. (Approximately US $260.22)

That's generous bidding considering you can still buy a new set for less than half that. So to whoever finally wins that one, thank you for your generosity, it is appreciated.

The second item is an incredible lot. The complete EMI David Bowie back catalogue with each CD signed by David Bowie. That's 35 CDs in total, apparently.

This one ends on April 21st, 10:02:25 PDT, and is currently at GBP £361.00. (Approximately US $587.13) So that's already at more than a tenner per release and we've barely started...I have a feeling this one will end up fetching several times that ammount if the other auction is anything to go by.
