I received a very high percentage of correct answer, though there were a fair few who stumbled on the Rex Ray question. Earthling wasn't designed by Rexer. Obviously he designed many other Bowie releases, including the A Reality Tour DVD and various posters, single sleeves, etc. But, so far he has designed just the four aforementioned albums.
