Like some cat from Japan...
To help dull the pain for those of you not attending a Bowie show this Saturday night, (those of you going to the show at The Mark Of Quad Cities in Moline are banned from reading further) I thought I'd post the second in Anthony's Japanese films.
This is one of my very favourite of Ant's contributions so far and it really highlights what a great imagination he has, not to mention brilliant editing skills. Considering the title of this episode, I'm giving nothing away when I say there is Karaoke content in this film.
Perhaps that would normally constitute a warning of some kind, but I have to be honest and say this portion of the six-minute film brought a tear to my eye... and not for the reasons you're probably imagining. As much as there is humour in this, it's also a moving piece that I can't quite explain the power of, but that I'm certain you'll all love. Boy, the years are making me soppier as I get older!
