By the end of this week, those of you with ticket problems who notified Ticketzone will have received your additional tickets as promised. Some of you have gotten great seats, which means you had really bad ones to begin with. Others have gotten average seats which, as we?ve been saying, means your initial tickets were pretty good.We are out of tickets. So if you have not notified us of any problem before, we cannot help you. This has been a difficult process for everyone involved. So to all of you, I want to say thank you for your incredible patience. There?s a reason this fan club is the envy of the music industry. It?s the members.To Domingo, Rachel and Richard I want to say thanks for helping so much with a problem you had nothing to do with.To Blammo, Howard, Jeff and all at UltraStar, you never stopped caring about making it right. Even when the emails got nasty.For those of you in Block 35 at Wembley, think long and hard before you give those tickets away. This does not mean we are finished with all of the problems. There are still some VIP issues, missing tickets etc.. that are still being worked on. But, as for the selling of bad locations in the U.K., all I can say is thanks to you all and I hope you enjoy the shows!!!Best,Bill Z
