Over the past few days the message boards (particularly naggers) have become emblazoned with several comments regarding the fulfillment of prizes. We want you all to know that your posts have been read and acknowledged and many of you have already heard from our customer service department. It is our greatest intention to address each and all of the issues raised.
We first and foremost would like to publicly recognize the lack of service and timeliness of our fulfillment department. We have been in the process of migrating to a new, more efficient system of prize fulfillment. This improvement is now complete and our fulfillment process has become more organized. This is good news for the future; however, the crux of this matter lies in the past, which is where our major efforts currently are focused.
Jeff, our head of customer service, may have already contacted some of you to let you know your items have been shipped. If this is the case, you would have received an email about a week ago. If you have not received one of these emails and you are owed a Live and Well CD, Contest or Trivia Rewards, or any other item you have been promised, you can use the following links to let us know.
The pleasant experience of each and every member is the most important thing to us. We will do everything we can, going forward to ensure a timely and professional response to your questions and problems.
