OK, for those of you who have not yet heard the details directly from maverick Radio 1 DJs Mark 'n' Lard, the competition that I mentioned yesterday has a pretty spiffing top prize. Not only will the winner be receiving a most glorious and valuable print signed by both David Bowie and Guy Peellaert...But...and this is a big but, the outright winner will also enjoy a three-way type telephone conversation with the aforementioned Rock God and the independently-minded DJs!!
The competition will be e-mail based and it will commence on Monday, with the call from Mr Bowie scheduled for Friday. I understand that there will be lovely runner-up prizes available too.
