There were whispered rumours among the fans at the New York shows of some sort of happening at the BBC on June 27th...where do you get your information from?! Well, whatever, we can now tell you that these rumours actually do have a foot in reality. This BBC event will be one of the most intimate performances that David has ever given, and needles to say, BowieNet has the lion's share of the tiny allocation.
Because of the limited audience space we will have to distribute places for the show in a 'first-out-of-the-hat' type thing. All you need to do is:
Make sure that you are DEFINITELY available on June 27th and that you can be in Central London by 6:30pm (GMT). Once you are certain that you will be able to attend, e-mail me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE at this address: mrtotalblamblam@aol.com
IMPORTANT - You must e-mail from your davidbowie.com e-mail address to prove that you are a BowieNet member.
Once the places have been pulled randomly from the list, the winners will be notified via an e-mail which will double as entrance ticket and information sheet for the event. There will be no tickets as such, you must bring your e-mail notification with you for proof of a place. No e-mail print out, no admission.
You must also warn us of any special requirements such as a need for wheelchair access etc.
We will stop accepting applications at 9:00pm EST tomorrow, Thursday 22nd June.
If you have not understood this, please e-mail me now. Good Luck!!!
