You can read it "DAVID BOWIE"!!
It's "DAVID BOWIE" written in Japanese.
But they are Not formal, because Kansai made original "Japanese David Bowie"

 Japanese is written horizontally (as well as yours) and vertically.
When you come to Japan, or when you look for Japanese edition CDs, you should find these words.
We formally write "David Bowie" like this way.
