(Bussum - 16 september 1991)

When I heard Tin Machine came to perform at Countdown I immediatly called Rob de Boer productions. When I asked them if I could reserve tickets they told me I had to order them by telephone one week before the recordings and I had to be between 16 and 21 years old to get in. When I told them I was 31 and most of Bowie's fans had left the age of 21 far behind them they didn't want to make exceptions. I called anyway and told the lady on the phone I was 20. About all of the fans on the guestlist lied about their age. So they had to let us in because they otherwise had to record the show without an audiance.
