2007 was significant as it was the first time that I appeared on stage since my last performance as a shepherd in a nativity play at primary school in 1966.
Skip to 7:00 for the 1st part of Jean Genie.
Part 2 is on another youtube video (6 in all).
Quite an achievement for an old fart who's learning to play the guitar...slowly.

Went to the Music Live event at the NEC last Saturday.
A veritable Aladdin Sane's cave of musical equipment.
A couple of things really stood out.
The Bose L1 Model II system for live guitar.
And the heavenly Gibson Les Paul digital.
The HD6X Pro .
Yummy!!!
Oh and there was a nice live demo of the above equipment from some session musician followed by a not so impressive demo by the guy in the photo. (I wonder who he is? 
)
Picked up a nice Line 6 Variax guitar whilst I was there to go with my Pod X3 Live
