Well I do hope that David has a lovely 65th birthday today! Plenty of editorials here in the UK to catch up on this Sunday..
Nb. We should not forget that it would have been the late Soupy Sales' birthday and of course Elvis Presley's on the 8thJan too.

- Sunday Cooking.
Recipe Suggestion: Mac & Honey gluten free, no fat biscuits.
Well that's all, except for my Sunday recipe- gluten and cholesterol free Mac and Honey biscuits. Light relief after the excess of Xmas!
Ingredients:
For two generous biscuits: 2 tablespoons of organic polenta.
2 tablespoons of organic brown rice,
Organic soya milk, (half a cup full max)
Pure honey to glaze
A handful of organic macadamia nuts, (Byron Bay Australia is best source of organic natural products, inc mac nuts.)
Cooking suggestions:
Mix the brown rice and polenta well and hydrate with a cup of soya milk and water. Bring to boil and stir in macadamia nuts with a little soya marg.
Transfer mix into cake baking tray or tin foil and heat in oven, gas 4 for around half an hour until crisp.
For desert, biscuits can be glazed with honey & chopped fruit.

I've just completed my new spiritual arts and philosophy eBook titled,

" Psi Soul- Introduction.
Spiritual graphic art comprises primordial cultural archetypes evoking the collective unconscious. Channelling inspirational spiritually derived images involves the ability to envision generic essences. The artwork cultivated in my collection 'Psi Soul' is permeated by ancient esoteric symbols and residual cultural mythology. The work is though, fundamentally interpersonal when perceived by the recipient of each selected piece.
My art is defined by the legacy of my own connection to the conscious world and is a reflection of how I perceive the living experience. The collection explores the parameters of the avant-garde and is characterised by pastel colours, realisations of creatures cast into surreal technicolour, benevolent gods, angels and the super- verse populated by the doyens of our imagination guised as Kings...
Spiritual graphic arts are perhaps the most expressive and therapeutic realisations of art! The subject matter of one's images need not reflect impressionistic versions of real life, rather elements of our lives transposed into the fictional realm. I am at present assisting the diligent Sachin Aravind with a relatively new endeavour. We are co-administrating the Facebook community page of Antonio Ereditato. Antonio is certainly a highly distinguished and innovative contemporary experimental particle physicists and director of LHEP. He currently resides at the Uni of Bern and has special interests including hadronic dimuon production, neutrino oscillation physics, neutrino electron scattering & medical applications for particle physics... He is Director of LHEP and presides over work on projects/ experiments at CERN including ATLAS, OPERA and also ArgoNeut and NA61.
