MISTY FOR THE COLD WAR

I was just writing a silly post about how I've been in a very Cold War state of mind, and then all of a sudden, the news breaks about Castro resigning. Not sure if much will change, but it still is a historic event.

Well, to summarize what I had been previously writing about:

The FBI Story
I read this book years ago, and was thrilled to find out this film had finally been released on DVD. I can watch this and Strategic Air Command all day long. How I miss Jimmy Stewart...

A Face in the Crowd
Andy Griffith in a role that is more relevant than ever before. I want the Vitajex logo on a t-shirt.

We are shooting down one of our satellites, and the Sovi...I mean, the Russians are pissed?! KEWL! This is my dream, like circa 1985, as a kid.

And then there is Saint Jack. How he brings order to the chaos, justice to those who deserve it, and the most perfect male haircut ever.
