has anyone else's account automatically renewed, and then when you try to cancel your account, it tells you the request couldn't be fulfilled? i've emailed the address given if there was any problems. of course, nothing. is there anything i can do to get out of here?
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

this won't happen until september, but i thought i'd say it now, while i know what to say.
my membership runs out in late september, and i can safely say, there's no way i'll renew it. this isn't a suprise, since i hardly come on here anymore.
don't get me wrong, i used to love it here, and i've met some wonderful people through it. however, this place, and sadly, most of the music, no longer has a significant place in my life at all.
i havn't chosen to listen to a bowie song in ages.
some might say that if this is the case, i can never have been a true fan.
I WAS. so much so that it suffocated my life without my realizing for a year and a half.
this teamed with the fact that this david bowie and the people who run the website blatently lied about a total revamp of a place which takes PAYING membership.
not only this, but the whole lack of loyalty shown overall to fans, completely puts me off. the lights are on but there's no one within MILES, it's a joke.
i don't know how many young fans have gone their seperate ways from the music i loved for that short time, but i know i have.
there are things much more exciting out there i'm afraid.
