So tonight .......
I've looked at the Moon and imagined a dip in the Sea of Tranquillity;
I tried to hitch a lift on the International Space Station as it passed overhead ;
I tried to spot Neptune peeping out from behind the bright and vibrant Jupiter.
I had a nice star gazzing session tonight. My first real session for a while. It was nice to reaquaint myself with some old friends.
Talking of which, I also chatted to my good friend, tonyday. I'll hopefully get a chance to to chat to Gaz and Scissor over the weekend too .... who knows ? I may even catch up with a few more good people.
I always think of my friends when I am in "my space". I'd like to think my smile for them is reflected in the stars

.... but when you have spent your evening dozing, mopping up water from a dishwasher flood and thinking far too deeply about things, sleep seems to take a back seat. But then again, I am lucky, the log is burning nicely on the fire and my belly and my heart are full. Time will sort out everything else

Why is it night time minutes pass so slowly when you can't sleep yet so quickly when you can?
