Hello, all. Those of you that know me, know I love horses. This is my horse, Magic. I have had many good moments with Magic with many more to come. I choose to spend my time with horses, and some of my pets. Of course, there is some time for people in there as well! 
Yesterday I made some strawberry jam and today I will be making strawberry rhubarb pie, strawberry pies, and hopefully still have some time to make maple nut angel food cake. I enjoy baking and it is relaxing to me, though the clean up is not always a lot of fun! 
What are my motives for taking time to do this? The horses and pets bring my great joy and relaxation. Part of the fun of baking is sharing what I have made and watching the others as they eat it! No, it does not taste bad.....most of the time! lol
How do you spend your time. How have you been this summer so far? And for those of you down under, how have you been?
