    BowieNet has received several request for more information about IL MIO WEST. Here is a brief synopsis of the story-line.

    In 1890 , Basin Hill was a quiet village surrounded by green,situated on the slopes of the mountains on the border of Canada.It was a typical village of the Far West; everything was built in wood and apart from the houses, there was also a magnificent saloon that was run by the seductive Mary,a post office,shops,stables for the horses, a school ,a wind mill and a small cemetery that dominated the village.

    There was also a railway, but the inhabitants of Basin Field knew

    David Bowie's clasic track "Fame" is used in a new movie trailor for the upcoming Ron Howard movie "edTV". The new comedy stars Matthew McConnaughey, a video store clerk who aquires fame when he becomes the subject of a TV documentary broadcasting his every move. Look for a release some time in March.
